8 DAYS KENYA SAFARI
Overview
The safari visits four beautiful parks in Kenya. Amboseli National Park, at the foot of Africa’s highest mountain, 5895m Kilimanjaro, is one of the most popular of Kenya’s national parks. Aberdares National Park is quite diverse with deep ravines that cut through the forested eastern and western slopes
Lake Nakuru has best been known for its thousands, sometimes millions of flamingos nesting along the shores and also rich wildlife including Rothschild giraffes and black rhinos.
The Mara is the land of African legend: Lion are abundant throughout the park, as are the elephants, giraffes, and a variety of gazelle species and zebra. Cheetah and leopard are also regularly seen and less commonly the Rhino.
DAY 1: NAIROBI – AMBOSELI NATIONAL PARK
On Arrival at JKIA international airport, you will be met by our representative and briefed on your safari.
Depart Nairobi and drive south to Amboseli National Park. Game viewing en route to your lodge with the immense grandeur of Mt Kilimanjaro in the background. Lunch at the lodge. Afternoon at leisure. Enjoy an evening game drive. Dinner and overnight at the lodge/camp
DAY 2: AMBOSELI NATIONAL PARK
Early morning pre breakfast game drive. Return to the lodge for breakfast. Rest of the morning free with an option to visit the Masai Village (extra cost). Lunch at the lodge. Enjoy evening game drive.

DAY 3: AMBOSELI – ABERDARE NATIONAL PARK
Breakfast at the lodge. Depart and drive via Nairobi towards Central Kenya highlands to the Aberdares. Lunch is enroute . Afternoon leisure and overnight floodlit game viewing if staying at the tree hotel. Dinner and overnight at the lodge.
DAY 4: ABERDARES – LAKE NAIVASHA
Breakfast at the hotel. Depart the Equator crossing. Proceed to Lake Naivasha to arrive in time for lunch. Check in at the hotel. In the afternoon you have an option (extra cost) to enjoy a boat ride to see the Hippos in this fresh water lake and visit the Crescent Island. This sanctuary hosts Herbivores like the Zebra, Wildebeest, Giraffe and Hippo. You can also opt to visit Hell’s Gate National Park . There are many activities you can do within Hell’s Gate including, walking, cycling, rock climbing, bird watching and trekking through the gorge amongst the geysers – the choice is yours. There is also a hot water swimming pool within the park that acts as a spa. Enjoy a swim in the pool and see how your skin is cleansed. Dinner and overnight at the hotel/lodge.
DAY 5: LAKE NAIVASHA – MASAI MARA
Early breakfast. Depart for Masai Mara Game Reserve.
Arrive in time for lunch. In the afternoon proceed for a game drive in this world famous game reserve. At dusk return to the lodge/camp. Dinner and overnight at the lodge/camp
DAY 6: MASAI MARA
Early morning optional Balloon Safari by Hot Air Balloon. Full day game viewing whereby you leave the camp/lodge after breakfast with picnic lunch.
As well as wildlife, the Masai Mara is also home to many members of the colorful Masai tribe who may be seen around the borders of the park – Morans (warriors) loping across the plains, young boys herding goats, or elders grouped under a tree discussing matters of the day . Dinner and overnight at the lodge/camp
DAY 7: MASAI MARA – NAIROBI
Breakfast at the camp/lodge. Depart for Nairobi with game drive enroute. A stop is provided at Narok Town the Masai city where you can buy handicrafts and souvenirs.
On arrival drop off at a city hotel where you will have an overnight.Dinner and overnight at the hotel.
DAY 8: CITY TOUR – DEPARTURE
Breakfast at the hotel. Proceed for a city tour of Nairobi.
Depending on flight time, transfer to the airport for final departure.
